Cycle 2: Love & Orgasm
Cycle 2 awakens your power as a woman and a man, presents the skills to give and receive a full body orgasm, and open the heart, along with integrating power and love. You will learn:
The Yin Yang Balance: Discover and harmonize the feminine and masculine polarities within yourself and better understand the roles, energies and conditioning which we have unwittingly received as we grew up. In SkyDancing Tantra, men discover their feminine aspect, and women discover their male aspect. Recognizing this polarity allows lovers to be more receptive and giving or active in their love life.
Opening the Inner Flute: Develop your awareness of the seven chakras (energy centers) in your body and energize them through visualization, sound and breathing practices.
The Fire Meditation: Open the way for love and ecstasy to flow up through your whole body, transmuting to the higher frequencies all the way up to the Crown chakra and your connection with the Universe.
Body Theory: Understanding your sexual anatomy and sexual functioning.
The Multi Orgasmic Response: the art of opening your partner to deep intimacy, and learning how to be guided by your partner to ever expanding levels of orgasmic pleasure and abandon.
The Three Keys to Sexual Ecstasy: Explore ways of channeling sexual energy to the heart and creating a loving circle of energy with your partner.
Healing Rituals: Learn to create healing rituals and ceremonies together with others in the group and bring them into your daily life.

Required Reading for Cycle 2 is Margot Anand's "Sexual Ecstasy: The Art of Orgasm" and "The Art of Sexual Ecstasy" chapters 7 and 9.
Prerequisites: (In the US) Cycle 1 of the LET, a seminar with Margot Anand, Steve & Lokita Carter, Michael Pooley, Marilynne Chophel, or other Tantra experience, personal interview, reading assignment and practice. In Europe, please refer to the specific LET country program for more details.
